Deposit is by credit card. Balance must be paid by wired funds. Your bank will wire to our bank. This is a very safe, easy and efficient way to transfer money.
No - we keep it simple and list our lowest prices online. If a machine has not sold within a short period of time, we occasionally will lower the price on our website. So you can shop with confidence, knowing you are always seeing the lowest price we can accept.
No - cash & financed prices are the same low price.
Yes, with a signed sales contract and a $1,000 non-refundable credit card deposit we will hold a machine for up to one week till you can get us the balance, or while you get the financing through. But it is non-refundable, so make sure you have your financing in place prior to placing a deposit.
Yes, that changed in March 2021. If you are not sales tax exempt (like farming or resale), we now need to collect sales tax for every state except New Hampshire, Oregon, Montana, Alaska and Delaware.

We do not have hours. We mostly sell off our website and deliver. If you feel a need to come and see a machine first, you are welcome to stop in at any of our locations anytime during daylight hours. Keys are in the machines.

No. You will want to do that when it arrives, so you can start your own service records.
Some of our newer machines may still have manufacturer's warranty. We do not offer ongoing warranty. We sell 2 categories of machines.
i. "GOLD CERTIFIED" means it has undergone a very thorough inspection to ensure it currently has no known issues, leaks or problems and that everything is working!
ii. - "PRE-SHOP" means it runs and drives, but sells cheap without any repairs made to it. Expect to do some repairs if you want it to be "perfect."
Track machines will out-perform a wheel machine in almost any situation (mud, hills, etc) except snow. Wheel machines usually do better in snow, unless you have the Z-Pattern tracks on a track machine.
If it is High Flow, it will say HIGH FLOW as the first couple words in our description. Are you sure you need High Flow? Most attachments are standard flow. Brush cutters, grapples, augers, snowblowers etc are standard flow. Pretty much the only high flow attachments are asphalt grinders and very expensive forestry mulching heads.
